These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://thepipesavers.com (the "Site") and the plumbing services provided by Pipe Savers ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By contacting us, requesting service, or using our Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Pipe Savers provides residential and commercial plumbing services including, but not limited to: emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, water heater repair and replacement, leak detection, pipe repair, repiping, and fixture installation. Services are performed by licensed technicians (C-36 #1144256) in the Inland Empire region of Southern California.
2. Service Area
We primarily serve Riverside, Corona, Chino, and surrounding communities within the Inland Empire. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside our coverage area. Contact us to confirm availability in your location before scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
- Initial estimates and service calls are provided at no charge unless otherwise stated.
- All pricing is presented upfront before any work begins. We will not proceed with repairs without your explicit approval of the quoted price.
- Final charges may vary from an initial estimate if additional problems are discovered during the work. Any changes will be communicated to you and require your approval before proceeding.
- Quoted prices do not include permit fees, specialty parts with extended lead times, or work beyond the original agreed scope unless separately authorized.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, check, and cash. Unpaid balances may be subject to collection and applicable fees.
5. Labor Warranty
Pipe Savers provides a 7-year warranty on labor for work performed by our technicians. This warranty covers defects in workmanship only and does not cover:
- Manufacturer defects in parts or materials
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Damage resulting from acts of nature, third-party interference, or pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service
- Normal wear and tear
Parts and materials are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Warranty claims must be reported promptly. Unauthorized repairs or modifications by others will void this warranty.
6. Scheduling and Arrival
We strive for an average emergency arrival time of 60 minutes or less. Arrival times are estimates and may vary depending on traffic, weather, technician availability, and distance. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate with you if there is a significant delay.
Appointment cancellations should be made at least 2 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a scheduling fee.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the plumbing issue and property conditions
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the area requiring service
- Notify us of any known hazards on the property (asbestos, mold, unstable structures, etc.)
- Be present or have an authorized adult (18+) present during service
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pipe Savers's liability to you for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Pipe Savers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Riverside County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Site or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
